It has now been almost a year since I started blogging. To say that I have been having fun throughout this period is really an understatement. One of the most rewarding things about running this blog, is that I have met a lot of very interesting and kind people. Even though we might never meet in real life, it has been a true blast exchanging thoughts with everyone.

A few weeks back, one of the coolest events that I have so far experienced was a rewatch feature on the blog of Weekend Otaku. All during April he featured the incredible Animeseries of Your Lie in April on his blog, and each day an episode was reviewed on which everyone could respond. Little did I know that there was also a contest for this feature with actual prices to be won. To my big surprise I was one of the winners, and even ended up receiving the first price. Today I received it in the mail (see the pictures down below), together with a very kind note, and I just had to find a way to express my gratitude. So what better way, than to write a blog post. I truly am incredibly humbled by the kindness in sending such a wonderful present.
